Johanne Sorto Sura, nurse psychotherapist, is responsible for protecting the personal information collected through this site. For any question, or to request access or correction, write to johanne.sortosura.psy@gmail.com.

This site collects only the information you choose to send through the contact form: your name or first name, your email address, your phone number and pronouns if you provide them, your preferred language and your message.

This information is used only to respond to your request and, where relevant, to schedule an exploratory call. It is never sold or used for advertising.

The form does not keep any data on the site or in a database. Your message is passed to an email delivery service and delivered directly to my professional inbox.

If therapy begins, information is then handled under the record-keeping rules of my professional orders.

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. The email delivery service and mailbox used may process data outside Québec, including in the United States. Communication with this site is encrypted (HTTPS).

If you sign up for availability notifications, only your first name, email address, chosen rate, the language of the page and the date of your consent are kept, in a database hosted in Canada. They are used only to let you know when a space opens.

Your sign-up becomes active only after you confirm it by email. Every notification contains an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, your information is deleted.

This site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising pixels. Fonts are hosted on the site itself.

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to johanne.sortosura.psy@gmail.com.

You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

The contact form is not designed to receive clinical information. Please do not include details about your health: we will talk about them in person, in a confidential setting.
